Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an AR/ Billing Specialist to join an established construction company in the Apex area.
• Post daily cash receipts
• Daily deposits through online portal
• Prepare monthly invoicing
• Prepare monthly statements
• Verify and import quantities and truck hours to ERP system
• Payment applications, lien waivers, consent of surety releases , affidavits, no claim letters and other documentation required by contractors to process payments
• Collection calls/emails to collect on outstanding balances
• Research and resolve disputed receivables and answer customer inquiries
• Prepare quantity reconciliations as needed to identify variances from our pay estimates against DOT/Customer pay estimates
• Review A/R Aging with management on a monthly basis
• Provide and maintain a high level of customer service both internally and externally
• 3-5 years AR/Collections experience
• Strong attention to detail and ability to execute with a degree of accuracy
• Strong communication , writing, editing and grammar skills
• Construction Industry experience REQUIRED
