Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a Global Manufacturing company in the Raleigh area. This position is responsible for receiving and making inbound/outbound calls from customers, sales representatives and end users regarding inquiries, order status, application of products and pricing. This is a temp to hire opportunity for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for order management, which can include: sales order processing, validation and completion of necessary paperwork to issue Return Good Authorizations (RGA), verifying credit status/pricing, and verifying inventory levels
• Professionally diffuse irate customers while identifying the root cause and providing adequate solutions
• Interfaces with key departments in support of order management processes
Requirements:
• College Degree in a business related field preferred.
• 2+ years customer service or sales support experience is desired
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills required.
• The ability to accurately handle complex processes and multi-task in a fast paced environment.
• Knowledge of medical manufacturing and/or distribution preferred.
• SAP experience and knowledge preferred
