Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join an established company in the Cary area.
• Work in a customer service capacity answering customer phone calls and emails
• Assist customers with billing questions, account set up, and work with multiple departments to resolve customer requests
• Manage collections needs and analyze account needs
• Cross train with multiple departments to handle accounts efficiently
• Become well versed on company policies and procedures to ensure best customer experience happens at all times
• Handle memos and email correspondence to follow up with accounts as needed
• Handle other duties as assigned
• Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service environment
• MS Office proficiency
• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Ability to work M-F 8am-5pm
