Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Staff Accountant to join an established company in the Apex area.  This position will be Monday-Friday 8:00am – 5:00pm

Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly accounts receivable invoices.
• Post customer payments by recording cash and checks into the general ledger and/accounting software.
• Review accounts receivable aging, prepare monthly statements, contact customers regarding outstanding balances.
• Prepare quantity reconciliations as needed to verify company billings against customer estimates.
• Prepare and post credit card, fuel, and parts allocation journal entries.
• Assist with the daily responsibilities of the accounting department and the monthly and annual close process.
• Ad Hoc projects and analysis as needed

Requirements:
• Associate’s Degree and a minimum of 3 years of related experience
• NC Notary or willing to obtain
