Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Recruiter to join a leading retail services company in the Raleigh area.   This is a great opportunity for someone looking to sharpen their HR and recruiting skills and eager to work with people.

Responsibilities: 
• Screen resumes coming through job boards
• Call candidates and ask identifying questions to learn more about their skill set to match to appropriate job placement
• Assist with onboarding candidates to include drug screening, background checks, and paperwork
• Answer candidate questions as needed
• Manage candidate database and applicant tracking systems
• Upload paperwork for clients and candidates
• Manage accounts and update clients on start date information

Requirements:
• Experience communicating and scheduling employees who work in teams on projects located throughout the country.
• Proficiency in MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS Word is required.
• Willingness to work extended hours & be on call as required. Industry is fast paced with tight deadlines.
• 1-2 years Recruiting experience- staffing agency industry is a plus
