Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a small company in the Raleigh area. This position will be responsible for managing all office operations in a fast-paced professional business environment.
Responsibilities:
• Manage daily operations, including answering phones (two companies / four phone lines) and all correspondence through email and regular mail, and sorting and distributing incoming mail, stamping outgoing mail.
• Accounting responsibilities for EAS, along with maintaining all accounting records for commercial electrical contracting company too, including: accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, processing AIA document billing, and timekeeping.
• Office maintenance, including ordering all supplies, supervising office cleaning and maintaining kitchen area.
• Prepare and make bank deposits.
• Set up and maintain all filing system, set up and track client appointments and all other required scheduling.
Requirements:
• Must be proficient in MS Office software along with Publisher and Adobe.
• Extremely proficient with QuickBooks
• AA required, but BA preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in general office environment
• Professional demeanor with an eagerness to learn and work with two growing companies with a very strong customer focus and attention to detail.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Exhibit initiative, responsibility, and flexibility.
