Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Office Manager to join a local company in the Morrisville area.

Responsibilities:

• Greet visitors and answer phones
• Coordinate and process shipments of packages (FedEx / UPS) as needed
• Process and distribute incoming/outgoing mail
• Light general office duties to include faxing and copying materials, filing and assisting management and sales and marketing team
• Assist team members with special projects
• Answer sales line and forward messages accordingly
• Support travel coordination (as time permits if needed by Travel team)
• Monitor/order office supplies including kitchen items and other equipment as needed
• Support Facilities Engineer in maintaining common areas clean and clear of debris and clutter
• Meeting arrangements support and logistics
• Supporting and scheduling and monitoring conference rooms
• Courier services
• Schedule service and maintenance of office equipment (i.e. shredding bins, coffee, copier, fax machine, postage meter)
• Process invoices applicable to office management and facilities (catering, coffee service, office supplies and recycling)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of office reception, administrative and facilities experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and spoken English language
• Highly organized and able to multi-task under time constraints
• Microsoft Office knowledge
• Experience in contact databases
• Open and willing to help/team player
