Accentuate Staffing is assisting an established apparel distributor in the Durham area who is hiring for a Warehouse Lead to join their team. This is a 2nd shift, temp to hire opportunity.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with general warehouse duties to include picking and packing as well as shipping and receiving, inventory, etc.
- Act as point of contact for employees in the absence of the warehouse supervisor
- Assign work tasks to employees throughout the warehouse
Requirements:
- Must have 3+ years warehouse/distribution experience
- Previous leadership experience required
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Office, WMS experience strongly preferred
- Experience operating a cherry picker/order picker a plus
- Must be comfortable lifting 40+ lbs. continuously and standing for long periods of time
- Candidate must have high school diploma/GED equivalent
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
