Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading pharmaceutical company who is looking for Process Technicians to join their team. This is a contract-hire position, 1st shift, Monday-Friday.
Responsibilities:
- Process Technician will set up, operate, document, and monitor production processes
- Technician will use standard tools, equipment, and operating specifications
- Technician will perform routine maintenance, calibration, and cleaning of process equipment
- Technician will recognize and initiate process deviations
- Technician will support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying areas needing improvement, recommending strategies for improvement, and implementing those strategies once approved
Requirements:
- Candidates must have strong experience operating automated and complex manufacturing equipment
- Candidates must have previous manufacturing experience in a cleanroom environment in a biotech or electronics setting; cGMP background preferred
- Candidates must be proficient examining product using a microscope and other metrology equipment
- Candidates must have knowledge of quality documentation, batch records, maintenance logs, NCR’s, and CAPAs
- Candidates must have an Associates degree or Technical training plus 3+ years high volume manufacturing experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
