Accentuate Staffing is assisting a leading tooling manufacturer in RTP area who is looking for a 2nd shift Machine Shop Lead/Supervisor. This is a contract-hire position working 3:30pm-midnight Sunday-Thursday.
Responsibilities:
- Machine Shop Lead will manage the day to day production flow of sheet metal and machine shop operations
- Lead will assist in operating, setting up, and troubleshooting equipment
- Lead will train and develop team members and lead continuous improvement efforts
- Lead will assign work assignments to departments
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 5 plus years experience working in a machine shop environment
- Candidates must have 5 years leadership background
- Candidates must have previous sheet metal background
- Candidates must be proficient operating machine shop equipment
