Accentuate Staffing is assisting a medical device manufacturer in the Apex area who is looking for a Manufacturing Lead/Supervisor to oversee 2nd shift production operations. This is a contract-hire opportunity working 3pm-1am Monday-Thursday with overtime on Fridays.
Responsibilities:
- Manufacturing Lead/Supervisor will monitor performance, productivity, efficiency
- Supervisor will schedule adequate personnel to support production
- Supervisor will initiate and drive continuous improvement efforts
Requirements:
- Candidates must have previous Medical Device or Pharmaceutical manufacturing background preferred
- Candidates must have 2+ years production supervisory or lead experience
- Candidates must have a great attention to detail, writing accurate and thorough documentation
