Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Chief Financial Officer to join a well established and reputable Healthcare Organization in the Raleigh area.   This position will lead and direct all aspects of the company’s finances. Reporting to the CEO, the CFO will be an integral and influential part of the executive management team of the company.  This position is part-time (20-25 hrs/week).

Responsibilities:

• Manage finance team and provide hands-on leadership and guidance to the organization
• Oversee and manage the accounting, FP&A, insurance, budget, land credit functions
• Interact with the Board on strategy/financial matters/Running Reports
• Facilitate relationship with audit firm(s) for annual audit/income tax activities and all related matters
• Act as a key business partner to the CEO and executive team providing financial guidance and counsel on strategic business planning, budgeting and forecasting, business analysis, and business growth strategies

Requirements:

• Medical/Healthcare Industry experience a PLUS!
• Leadership presence and a team player
• Degree in Accounting REQUIRED
• CPA or MBA strongly desired
