Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer/Technical Support Representative to join a rapidly growing technology company in Morrisville. The ideal candidate will be one that is driven, eager, and an excellent problem solver.
- Research and resolve customer support issues and questions
- Identify customer problems and recommend changes for customers
- Ask questions to diagnose customer issues and guide customers through corrective steps to rectify issues
- Make follow up calls to customers to ensure that problems are resolved
- Receive incoming tickets and follow up as needed
- Previous customer service work history; technical background a plus
- Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
- MS Office proficiency
- Strong critical thinker
