Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer/Technical Support Representative to join a rapidly growing technology company in Morrisville. The ideal candidate will be one that is driven, eager, and an excellent problem solver.

Responsibilities:

  • Research and resolve customer support issues and questions
  • Identify customer problems and recommend changes for customers
  • Ask questions to diagnose customer issues and guide customers through corrective steps to rectify issues
  • Make follow up calls to customers to ensure that problems are resolved
  • Receive incoming tickets and follow up as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service work history; technical background a plus
  • Excellent listening, written, and verbal communication skills
  • MS Office proficiency
  • Strong critical thinker
