Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Collections Representative to join an established company in the Raleigh area. is currently looking for a Collections Representative to join their team! The position is temp to hire within the Inbound Collections department.

Responsibilities: 
-The collection of past due payments, by either incoming calls or outgoing calls that are either made using the auto-dialing system or dialed manually.
-Answering questions related to appropriate loan program, and performing related follow up activities to ensure good customer service.
-Processing returned mail in a manner that meets federal requirements.
-Handle incoming or outgoing phone calls.

Requirements:
-High School Diploma, General Education Degree (GED), or equivalent required
-Associate degree from an accredited institution preferred
-At least two years of related experience.
-Some customer service or collection experience preferred.
