Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Accountant to join a progressive Company with a GREAT work culture in the North Hills area.  This is a contract position lasting approximately 6 months.

Responsibilities:

Full AP life-cycle processing
Credit Card reconciliation and entry for 3 main accounts
Prepare deposit tickets and record deposits
Upload and submit client invoices and supporting documentation
Review A/R aging an send weekly collection follow-up
Review jobs opened in system and determine taxability
Support monthly revenue reconciliation process
Prepare weekly and monthly reports for distribution
Update forecast entries monthly
Prepare weekly FSA distribution
Assist with Month-end Close process
Assist with contract review
