Responsibilities:
– Manage clients’ accounts
– Assist clients with questions and concerns
– Assist in the order fulfillment process
– Update all information into the system

Requirements:
– Experience handling customer service
– Experience in a high volume environment
– Bachelor’s degree preferred
– Able to pass a background and drug screen
