Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a SharePoint Administrator SME to join an established company in the Cary/Morrisville, NC area for a long-term contract. The successful candidate will be the SME and main point of contact for all SharePoint Administration activities for a SharePoint Online implementation.
Responsibilities:
Act as the SharePoint subject matter expert for the Technology Services O365 team
Ability to gather business requirements and objectives and implement SharePoint solution
Provide day to day management of SharePoint Online environment to include, but not limited to, site creations, maintenance of logs, usage reports and alerts
Manage system security, access controls, and user permissions while ensuring compliance with the Information Security Officer’s guidelines and procedures
Possess the ability to work in a team environment with a business group to translate business requirements into solutions, solving potentially complex problems
Maintain consistent, quality documentation to meet ongoing operations and business continuity requirements
Transfer knowledge to key technical staff to ensure the sustainability of the SharePoint Online environment
Provide project status reports as requested by management
Other needs that are relevant to the success of the O365/SharePoint Online environment
Requirements:
Extensive SharePoint administration and application experience including SharePoint Online
Implementation and management of corporate intranet in SharePoint Online
Working knowledge of PowerShell
Exceptional analytical skills
Effective written and oral communication skills
