Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant for a professional organization in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will be one that has previous front desk and administrative work experience.
– Answer multi-line phones and direct to appropriate department
– Manage front desk area and greet incoming visitors and guests
– Order office supplies and break room area needs regularly
– Assist with office events – planning, organizing, catering needs, set up and break down
– Handle incoming and outgoing mail
– Assist senior team members with administrative support to include scheduling meetings, expense report needs, and organizing paperwork
– At least 2 years of office work experience
– Strong customer service skills
– Strong background with MS Office products
