Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Collections Specialist to join a  local company in the Raleigh area.

Responsibilities:

-Collection by telephone or auto dialer of delinquent loan accounts and meets average of eight (8) calls per hour (minimum requirement).
-Perform advanced skip trace activities on delinquent accounts.
-Identify problem accounts and refer to appropriate department.
-Identify appropriate deferment and forbearance.
-Basic knowledge of federal regulation related to due diligence.
-Identify potential and/or denied claims.
-Assist management as needed and perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

-High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED); associates degree from an accredited institution preferred
-At least two years of collections experience.
