Accentuate Staffing has teamed up with a growing company in the Tobacco District of Durham, NC seeking a Sr. Scrum Master to join their growing team.  This is a full-time employee role with an organization that has a great reputation of being on the cutting edge of technology.

The Sr. Scrum Master will be responsible for providing support to the development of software applications.  You will be required to have excellent logic and problem solving skills as well as a strong understanding of the SDLC.  Additionally, you will shield the team from interruptions and removes obstacles that may impact the delivery.

To be a fit, you will be required to have a thorough understanding of Agile and be an exceptional Scrum Master (of course).  Leadership skills, ability to facilitate, have situational awareness and conflict resolution skills are also critical.  4+ years is the benchmark level of experience needed in a Project Management and Team Lead capacity.  A B.S. Degree is also a must!!
