Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Part-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join a growing company in the RTP area.    This position will be 20-25 hours per week, and can be flexible with hours.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle all incoming Mail
  • Maintain Office Files: Keep file of the company’s documents; File per employee, IRA file, Health insurance, legal documents, agreements, etc.
  • Maintain and Order Office Supplies
  • Supervise Cleaning
  • Supervise Waste
  • Supervise Lawn maintenance
  • Administrate vendor contracts: Air-conditioning, Lawn, cleaning, alarm, etc
  • Supervise Alarm functioning
  • Supervise phone functioning (answer the phone while at the office)
  • Cash flow monthly
  • Responsible for Accounts Payable
  • Look for better cost efficient options on services and office supplies purchases
  • Enter credit card expenses (4 credit cards, 50 transactions)
  • Bank conciliations (60 transactions per month, 1 bank)
  • Payroll
