Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Part-time Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join a growing company in the RTP area. This position will be 20-25 hours per week, and can be flexible with hours.
- Handle all incoming Mail
- Maintain Office Files: Keep file of the company’s documents; File per employee, IRA file, Health insurance, legal documents, agreements, etc.
- Maintain and Order Office Supplies
- Supervise Cleaning
- Supervise Waste
- Supervise Lawn maintenance
- Administrate vendor contracts: Air-conditioning, Lawn, cleaning, alarm, etc
- Supervise Alarm functioning
- Supervise phone functioning (answer the phone while at the office)
- Cash flow monthly
- Responsible for Accounts Payable
- Look for better cost efficient options on services and office supplies purchases
- Enter credit card expenses (4 credit cards, 50 transactions)
- Bank conciliations (60 transactions per month, 1 bank)
