Accentuate Staffing has partnered with a great client in the Triangle area in need of a Tier 3 IT Technician to join their team. This position will be responsible for providing escalated support in a helpdesk setting. Experience supporting ERP system and a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree is required.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of help desk experience
• 4 year Bachelor’s Degree is required
• ERP support is required
• Experience troubleshooting network, server, and typical help desk issues
