Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Part-time Bookkeeper to join an established company in the Raleigh area. This position will perform various duties in the routine operations of recording transactions in books of accounts. The work comprises the writing up of the books of prime entry, positing to the ledgers, balancing the ledgers according to accounts and other duties as assigned.
-Assists President with financial affairs and with preparation of financial analyses of operations, including interim and final financial statements with supporting schedules.
-Prepares weekly invoices, once approved, disseminate them.
-Responsible for verifying all accounts payables and receivables.
-Prepares reports for President to review.
-Create all journal entries and report on them.
-Reconcile bank statements on a monthly basis
-Prepare monthly executive reports
-Excellent Excel skills (i.e. charts, graphs, pivot tables).
-College degree required.
-Minimum 5 years’ experience in an accounting role.
-Experience with QuickBooks online required.
