Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a QC and Customer Support Coordinator to join a global medical device company in the RTP area. This is a great, ground level opportunity to grown and advance with an organization that offers a competitive salary and benefit package.
This position is responsible for support of the Global Customer Support organization and support of Manufacturing through the testing of raw materials, in-process and Finished Goods products.
-Triage inquires to appropriate department if needed.
-Perform investigations for possible complaints.
-Work with cross functional teams to provide problem resolution as needed.
-Update training materials as needed to ensure success and client satisfaction
-Schedule / perform instrument installs
-Perform on site customer training during installs
-Perform validations as determined by client need
-Assist in raw material procurement and receiving inspection as needed
-Facilitate value assignment of controls with data analysis as needed
-Complete functional and analytical testing of in-process and Finished Goods materials.
-Work with logistics to ensure consumables are shipped to clients in a timely manner
-Minimum two years of college experience coupled with a minimum of two years of work experience OR a four-year degree. -Previous experience should include the use of basic laboratory equipment, such as pipette, centrifuge, etc.
-College education should be in Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, or any other scientific field.
-Basic knowledge of blood coagulation.
