Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for Administrative Assistant/ Receptionist to join an established company in the Raleigh area. Full and part time admin/receptionist opportunities available. Currently seeking employees who are available to work Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, on a full time and temporary basis. Positions are temp to hire.
• Answer phones (12-line switchboard) within two rings
• Greet customers entering the main entrance and provide direction
• Maintain customer lounge and coffee area for cleanliness
• Enter accounts payable invoices / data entry
• Assist with employee relations events
• Any other duties as assigned by the Office Manager, to include providing support to other departments.
• Must have a high school diploma and least one year experience in similar position
• Must have excellent telephone communication skills
• Must be able to work on a computer efficiently and learn company-specific software at a fast pace. Knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook are required.
