Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to join an established company in the Chapel Hill area. This role would assist in maintaining training schedules and compliance within the organization.
-Coordinating training schedules and locations with both internal and external parties
-Supporting manager with calendaring, event coordination, travel and expense processing
– Creating reports using excel and power point
– Answering incoming calls
– Taking meeting notes
– Performing all other administrative tasks within the department
– Power Excel user
– Must be proficient with PowerPoint
– Good verbal and written communication skills
– Able to work with a wide array of staff and customers
– Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
– Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred
