Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Outbound Customer Service Representative to join a pharmaceutical company in the North Raleigh area. This position will be Monday through Friday working an eight hour shift between the 9am and 9pm. The ideal candidate also needs to be flexible to work a rotating weekend schedule. This will be a 3-6 month contract.

Responsibilities:

– Making outbound calls to patients
– Contacting patients to enroll in program
– Updating information into system

Requirement:

– Work experience in a retail pharmacy
– Solid communication skills
– Able to pass a drug and background check
