Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Marketing Associate to join a local company in the Morrisville area.  The marketing associate role will encompass everything from researching and exploring new business to call and cultivate new business relationships, and more. This position will certainly provide new and veteran callers a fast-paced environment to learn and thrive in.

Responsibilities:

• Projecting a positive attitude and image to clients and potential customers
• Understanding and presenting the product to potential clients
• Ongoing training and advanced education in regards to the industry, equipment, and services
• Capability to work with and effectively use multiple company-wide systems and departments with ease
• Experience working with automated phone dialer. Marketing associates make between 200-300 calls per day
• Full time/40 hour work week
• Develop, implement, and follow through of marketing strategy to hit personal and office goals
• Organization and ability to complete and submit documentation, new paperwork, and sales reports in a timely and accurate manner a must!

Requirements:

• Enthusiasm to grow, challenge, and push yourself
• Outbound calling/phone environment strongly recommended, but not required
• Established record of continually meeting, and exceeding, personal goals and corporate standards
• Ability to work in a group setting, contribute ideas for further growth and direction of department
