Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Repayment Specialist to join a local company in the Raleigh area.  This position will respond to correspondence related to accounts being serviced and assist with other activities in association with the collecting of delinquent loans.

Responsibilities:

-Review and respond to standard letters, emails and faxes concerning accounts serviced
-Complete In-house requests to provide information to borrowers, review an account for an incentive or to resolve an issue, respond to request to reactivate or suspend an auto draft and make credit correction requested.
-Review document, and respond to credit bureau disputes received online and from borrowers.
-Complete applications received from AmeriCorps for Awards and Interest Calculations within the mandated ten day deadline. Complete and return credit verifications received from other lenders within the required turnaround period.

Requirements:

-Previous experience composing written correspondence
-High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and 3+ years related experience; Associates degree from an accredited institution and 2+ years related experience preferred
