Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting an Administrative and Program Support Specialist for a client of ours in Cary, NC.
- Create and maintain office documents (i.e. project reports)
- Design and develop Microsoft Access databases to support marketing campaigns
- Make recommendations and implement improvements to processes and databases as required
- Create, replicate, and/or change processes and maintain computer databases
- Manage and maintain product/data information within company systems
- Support clients via online marketing automation system
- Utilize survey tool to create online surveys and product client reports
- Assist in writing/editing sales and marketing materials, to include: proposals, articles, presentations, white papers, and collateral
- Interface with clients to facilitate project start-up and execution
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Provide primary phone coverage
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree
- 2-4 years of relevant experience and/or training
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Ability to type a minimum of 50 wpm
- Knowledge of HTML and a willingness to learn new programs
