Accentuate Staffing is working with an established pharmaceutical company in the Durham area who is hiring a 1st shift Warehouse Supervisor to join their growing team. This is a direct hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
- Supervise all aspects of the warehouse operation to include shipping and receiving, inventory, etc.
- Will be responsible for hiring and training new personnel as well as performing performance reviews and implementing performance improvement plans
- Plan and assign daily work assignments
- Work closely with brokers to ensure materials are released in a timely manner according to FDA standards
- Recommend continuous improvement measures
Requirements:
- Must have 1 year warehouse experience working in the pharmaceutical industry
- Previous supervisory experience/leadership experience required
- Must have previous forklift experience
- Strong computer knowledge to include Microsoft Office, Adobe, and ERP experience. Oracle a plus!
- Must be very familiar with cGMP’s
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
