Accentuate Staffing is assisting a commercial flooring company in the Henderson area recruit for Production Operators. These are 1st (7am-4pm) and 2nd (4pm-1am) shift, contract to hire opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will assist with setting-up and operating the production line
- Candidate will perform changeovers and help break down and clean the line
- Candidates will be responsible for troubleshooting and performing preventative maintenance on equipment
- Candidates will perform quality inspections on finished products
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years production operator/machine operator experience
- Candidate must have strong mechanical aptitude
- Previous experience performing preventative maintenance and troubleshooting required
- Will be required to lift up to 30 lbs continuously
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
