Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an established manufacturing company in the Durham area who is hiring for manufacturing associates to fill 1st and 2nd shift openings. These are long term, contract to hire opportunities. Candidates must have previous chemical experience.
Responsibilities:
- Candidate will be responsible for mixing chemicals according to batch records
- Candidate will fill drums of chemicals for distribution
- Candidate will assist with loading and unloading trucks and railcars
Requirements:
- Must have 2+ years manufacturing experience
- Must have previous experience working with chemicals
- Experience reading and following batch records a plus
- Sit-down forklift experience a plus, but not required
- Must be comfortable lifting 50+ lbs continuously and working in a non-climate controlled environment
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug screen
- High school diploma/GED equivalent required
