Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a service contracts administrator for a client in the Cary, NC area. This is a temp-to-perm opportunity.
- Serve as first point of contact for customers regarding contract issues, discrepancies, invoicing needs, and related customer service issues
- Compute pricing and billing arrangements for customers and negotiate as needed
- Communicate directly with sales team on new clients and contracts
- Help drive new business for company
- Issue new agreements and work directly with accounting and AR team
- Update all account and contract agreements working with CRM system and Excel spreadsheets
- Previous sales, banking, customer service work history highly preferred
- Healthcare experience desired
- Strong MS Office proficiency; CRM experience
