Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Sales Support Specialist to join an established solar company in the Chapel Hill area.  This position is responsible for supporting all sales activity within the C&I sales functions. The Sales Support person is responsible for activities such as the creation of sales material i.e. PowerPoint presentations, proactive market research leading to RFI and RFP inquiries, obtaining and cataloging electrical meter usage and capacity for projects and creation of project proposals both indicative and binding.

Responsibilities:
– C&I proposal assembly (Adobe Acrobat)
– Proposal log updates
– Lead generation (via Google Earth, Hoovers etc.) and initial site assessment via Google Earth
– Meter verification (Excel)
– PIN verification (GIS, tax assessor offices)
– Permitting and zoning information from local jurisdictions for C&I projects
– RPF submission coordination
– Utility verification by Zip
– Assisting in preparation of sales materials
– Assisting in preparation for sales meetings
– Support the Coordination of Accounts Receivable for C&I
– Support the Coordination Accounts Payable for C&I
– Navigating Viewpoint management tool (new customer setup, transferring budgets between projects etc.)
– Administrative support for C&I project managers

Requirements:
-BS in Business or related discipline
-+3 years of related experience (Admin, sales support, lead generation)
-Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
-Strong goal orientation
