Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Entry Level Project Manager to join an established company in the Wake Forest area.  This is a perfect position for recent graduates! This is a temp to hire opportunity and the hours are Monday-Friday 8-5.

Responsibilities:
-Answer incoming calls and distribute appropriately.
-Screen customer help desk calls, troubleshoot/test — provide first level customer support.
-Generate service orders for installation and repair per customer request.
-Report telephone carrier trouble to providers and track to resolution.
-Maintain a positive outlook, pleasant manner and professional demeanor at all times to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
-4 Year College Degree
-Proficiency with Microsoft Office
-Clean criminal record and pass a thorough background investigation
-Customer Service/telecommunications experience a plus but not required
