Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established company in the Raleigh area.
Responsibilities:
•Work with Regional Sales Managers to ensure high level of customer service
within region.
•Respond to customer telephone or written inquiries regarding status of
orders, placement of orders, expediting of orders, product selection,
complaints, shortages and requests for literature.
•Process customer orders and issue credits.
•Prepare quotations for product.
•Analyze individual solutions and take appropriate action to ensure that
customer need is met.
•Coordinate activities with other company departments.
•Provide necessary follow up and initiate correspondence.
•Update and maintain customer computer files.
Requirements:
•Customer sales experience in industrial electronics or related field.
•Outgoing and aggressive sales personality.
•Strong computer skills. ERP experience a plus.
