Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for Customer Service Representatives to join our growing client in the Durham area.  We are looking for representatives on all shifts — first, second, and third.  This is an exciting opportunity for anyone with experience in a call center environment.

Responsibilities

• Work in call center environment handling inbound and outbound phone calls for customers
• Assist with order entry, order processing, and tracking orders
• Dispatch technicians to client sites
• Issue credits and debits to accounts
• Order parts and make sure all inventory is up to date

Requirements

• 1+ year in a call center environment
• High School diploma
• Clean background/drug screening
