Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Survey Specialist to join an established company in the Morrisville area.

Responsibilities:
• Engage with customers via phone and email regarding company products
• Speak with clients regarding products and services and answer any questions
• Place heavy outbound calls and document all information into database
• Submit daily and weekly reports
• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:
• Previous call center work experience desired
• Excellent communication skills
• MS Office proficiency
• Self-starter and motivated individual
