Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join a leading financial institution in the Raleigh area. The ideal candidate will have a flexible schedule to work potential nights and weekends. We are looking for eager professionals with great personality!

Responsibilities:

-Answer questions and concerns from callers
-Assist with customer accounts
-Reset passwords
– Research all customer needs

Requirements:

-Previous Customer Service Experience (retail, call center, restaurant, etc.)
-Excellent personality
-Able to pass a drug and background screening (lifetime background)
-Flexible to work nights and weekends
