Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Staff Accountant to join a local company in the Morrisville area.  This position will be responsible for monthly general ledger closing and financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, G/L account reconciliation, physical inventory, and sales.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly general ledger closing and financial reporting
o Review accuracy of revenue recognition, certify that expenses are properly categorized and prepare summary report
o G/L Account reconciliations: bank, A/R, A/P, fixed assets, inventory
• Accounts payable/receivable
o Vendor invoice processing
o Review and process Travel & Expense Reports
o Entry and deposits of customer payments
o Collections of outstanding receivables
• Physical Inventory
o Post inventory adjustments to general ledger
• Sales and use tax reporting

Requirements:

• Four year degree in accounting with one – two years of experience preferred or equivalent combination of education and/or experience
• NAV 2009 experience is required and A/P inventory experience is preferred
• Experience with MS Dynamics Navision a plus but not required
