Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Program Manager to join an established company in the Durham area.   This position is responsible for a broad range of tasks that provide support to the company’s domestic business development effort. This includes successfully assisting in managing partner relationships, overseeing the maintenance of the existing software license accounts, maintaining customer information systems, databases and sales pipeline documents, and assisting the Senior Vice President and Senior Business Development in prospecting, sales and promotional activities as needed. This is a direct-hire opportunity.

Responsibilities:
● Manages record keeping for all software license accounts.
● Manages software license renewals, price increases and partner support.
● Develops and executes a software license renewal strategy that includes annual outreach and review for potential price increases.
● Works with the contracts administrator to manage contract amendments required for software license price increases and other changes made to contract terms.
● Offers partner support for software license partners as needed, including activating new accounts upon contract signing.
● Assists in departmental prospecting, sales and promotional activities as needed
● Manages CRM for domestic sales group
● Monitors usage of our software tools, including free online versions for prospecting purposes.
● Maintains departmental sales pipeline reports, including making all weekly updates.
● Coordinates hand off of newly signed C&D projects and software licenses in cases where other departments need to take further action (ex. updating web sites and partner databases, press releases, etc.).
● Partner support – Coordinates the resolution of operational, technical, or theoretical issues with appropriate staff.
● Communicates regularly on status of project goals and issues impacting group success.

Requirements:
● Bachelor’s Degree (B.A.) from a four-year college or university, with a degree in Business Administration preferred.
● Sales experience and CRM experience required.
● 2 years related work experience with demonstrated skills with contract management tools, methodologies and problem solving.
