Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Service Coordinator to join an established company in the Raleigh area.
• As one of a team of three coordinators, manage the flow of help requests from clients to be sure they are handled properly
• Coordination of technical resources to ensure maximum utilization of billable resources
• Pre-process service requests as they arrive through email, phone call, or direct customer input
• Gather initial information and create service tickets
• Schedule technical resources using our dispatch portal
• Monitor resource schedules to ensure prompt time entry on service requests
• Communication with customers as required: keeping them informed of incident progress, notifying them of impending changes or agreed outages
• Assist clients by doing some light level 1 assistance such as password resets, reboots, and application restarts
• Follow-up on open service tickets to ensure completion to the customer’s satisfaction
• MS Office proficiency
• Customer service skill set and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and adapt to changes quickly
• Understanding of support tools, techniques, and how technology is used to provide IT services
