Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join an established distribution company in the Cary area. This position is ideally for a candidate who has experience in customer service and the entire order fulfillment process.
Responsibilities:
• Processes product orders by entering them into system
• Maintains contact with distributors/customers on status of orders and expedites paperwork as needed.
• Enters new accounts and leads in sales leads database.
• Acts as a liaison between company and customers to provide courteous, accurate and prompt responses to all customer inquiries.
• Provides product expertise to support sales efforts by converting discontinued products to current models along with accessory information.
• Investigates customer complaints, identifies root cause of the issue, documents problems, and coordinates solutions.
• Provides monthly reports to Customer Service Manager, Sales Engineer and other key personnel detailing all activity, accounting issues, Point of Sale Report status, problems and resolutions for territory accounts.
Requirements:
• High School Degree required; college degree in a business related field preferred
• 2+ years of Customer Service desired
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and accurately handle complex processes and customer inquiries in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational, analytical and problem solving skills required.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel
