Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for an Accounting Manager to join an established company in the Morrisville area.   This position oversees daily AP and AR activities, supports all aspects of the monthly Financial Closing Cycle, generates complex Analytics on all levels of the organization and consolidates global data into usable and actionable information with analysis and recommendations for improvement.

Responsibilities:
• Supervises AP & AR functions.
• Creates complex accounting analytics for internal and external reporting requirements.
• Develops administrative tasks, special projects and training programs as assigned.
• Acts as a liaison for the department in meetings with management.
• Develops analyses and reports to support system-wide finance executives.
• Interprets financial transactions and events for users who must make economic or business decisions.
• Prepares and posts complex monthly journal entries.
• Prepares detailed analyses for annual audit.
• Prepares general ledger account reconciliations for designated accounts. Proposes correcting entries.
• Prepares reconciliation of actual to budget variance analysis.
• Works closely with the International partners in Asia, Latin America and Europe.
• Review proposed contracts and business transactions for financial risk and proper accounting treatment.
• Performs ad hoc analysis as needed.

Requirements:
• Four-year College degree in Accounting, Finance or other technical business curriculum focusing on Business Analytics required
• 6+ years of experience in Corporate Accounting roles and at least 2 years in Analytical focused position.
• Experience in a global manufacturing environment preferred. Supervisory and management experience preferred.
• Strong individual supervisory and team management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated commitment to teamwork and partnerships with a desire to lead
• Strong oral and written communications skills
• Highly proficient personal computer skills and technology driven. Demonstrated advanced Excel spreadsheet skills
