Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Director of Metal Fabrication to join a leading manufacturer in the Raleigh area.  This position requires 10 plus years management experience in metal fabrication. Director will hire, develop, and lead production operators and engineers. Director will execute fabrication schedule based on customer needs, evaluate and recommend equipment, evaluate shop tool inventory and develop and schedule preventative maintenance. Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or Industrial Engineering required.
