Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for an HR Administrator to join a global healthcare company in the Cary area.  This role is responsible for supporting the functional areas of Human Resources including employee on-boarding and HR reporting and record keeping. This is a Temp-to-hire opportunity for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for creating and maintaining exceptional customer value, employee value, and shareholder value in an environment that is demanding and ever-changing due to customer expectations and practices, and developments in technology.
• Lead new employee orientation process and work with the hiring manager to ensure that each new employee has a positive on-boarding experience. Identify areas of improvement to the on-boarding process and work with Managers to ensure functional department involvement.
• Compile data from personnel records and prepares reports. Responsible for preparation and distribution of quarterly/annual reports and audits as assigned.
• Complete projects to support corporate HR and assists HR Manager in projects and requests as needed.
• Responsible for coordinating, monitoring, documenting and communication HR process changes/company programs as assigned.
• Provide information to Managers and employees and responds in reference to HR policies and procedures as well as employee benefits. Direct questions related to benefits to the HR Service Center.
• Serve as back up to provide administrative support to the Executive Management Team and various departments, as needed including but not limited to calendar management, travel coordination, expense reporting and catering needs.
• Ensures the office is a safe and clean work environment at all times, supplies are stocked in work areas and equipment is functioning properly.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing or similar area
• 2-4 years of experience in an administrative function
• Prior human resource experience preferred.
• Competence with business software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word as a minimum)
