Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting a Production Supervisor for a client of ours in the South Raleigh/Garner, NC area. This position is a 1st shift opportunity.

Responsibilities

• Train new employees on safety and production processes
• Determine production requirements
• Perform inspections on all production equipment and finished products
• Manage employees and their shift schedules

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with Six Sigma and LEAN Manufacturing
• Supervisory experience in an Automated Manufacturing environment
• Familiarity with various production equipment
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
