Accentuate Staffing is currently recruiting for a Payroll Clerk to join an established construction company in the Raleigh area.  This position will be responsible for processing payroll for approximately 250 employees.  This is a Direct Hire position.

Responsibilities:

• Full cycle, multi-state payroll
• Weekly Certified Payroll reporting
• Complete weekly Job Cost Mileage journal entry
• Complete and distribute Weekly Labor Reports
• Assist with HR (process new hires and terminations, E-Verify, MVR Reports, Drug Screening)
• Participate in lunchtime phone coverage rotation (to cover for receptionist’s lunch break)

Requirements:

• Prior payroll experience – full cycle, multi-state payroll
• Experience in construction industry – job costing
• Experience with Certified payroll
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Word
• A well-organized Team Player with a positive attitude
• A strong work ethic
• Construction and Spectrum software experience are preferred, but we will consider candidates that do not have this experience.
