Accentuate Staffing is recruiting for a Project Accountant  to join a growing company in the Raleigh area.  This position will be responsible for managing capital project accounting, entity level debt reporting, loan compliance, various analytical reports including lease commission analysis, tenant improvement analysis and residential availability.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate annual capital projects budget track projects, monthly spend, and calculate appropriate fees.
• Facilitate routine capital project meetings for project progression and completions
• Maintain Lease Commissions Analysis & Tenant Improvement Analysis (internal reporting)
• Assist in quarterly review of cash flow statements with accompanying notes and other basic financial reports.
• Assist in year-end review of work paper files and financial statements for preparation of partnership tax returns
• Review financial statements related to mortgage compliance reporting
• Manage lender and state required external audits and reviews

Requirements:

• Minimum five years accounting experience (real estate experience a plus)
• CPA required
• BS degree in accounting or finance
• Strong computer skills. Experience in Yardi and AVIDXCHANGE a plus.
• Advanced excel skills
